What these terms cover

Your use of kvickid.com and the launch waitlist. The Kvick ID verification service itself is in development and is not being offered yet. Nothing on this site is an offer of that service, and nothing here is legal, financial, or compliance advice.

Who we are

Kvick ID is being built by its founding team, and the operating company is being established in the EU. You can reach us at contact@kvickid.com.

The waitlist

Joining is free and carries no obligation, for you or for us. We confirm your address with a double opt-in, we write to you about the launch and nothing else, and you can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every email.

Honesty about what you see

Every example, name, and number shown on this site and in the product demo is synthetic sample data. Screens, features, and details will change as the product matures and legal review lands. That is what "in development" means, and we would rather say it than imply otherwise.

Acceptable use

Don't attack, probe, overload, or bulk-scrape the site, and don't pass yourself off as Kvick ID. If you receive an email claiming to be from us and want to check it, the FAQ explains how. We never ask for identity documents, passwords, or payment by email.

Our content

The text, design, and Kvick ID name and mark belong to Kvick ID. Quote with attribution as much as you like; don't republish it as your own.

No warranties

This is an informational site provided as is. We work to keep it accurate and current, but we cannot promise it is error-free, and to the extent the law allows we accept no liability for decisions made on the basis of an informational page about a product in development.

When the service opens

The live service will have its own terms, privacy policy, and agreements, all reviewed by counsel before anyone is asked to accept them. Waitlist members hear first.
